A development founded with intention. WSPI’s COCC development is located near the southeast corner of the Shevlin Park and Mount Washington roundabout in Bend, Oregon near COCC's Culinary Institute. The plan intends to bring a blend of long-term inflation adjusting residential and commercial opportunities that enhance the atmosphere of the college as well as create revenue streams for the college and residents. Currently, the most notable project is the Veridian apartment complex that includes market-rate units near the campus.
